Goal: Engineer a dashboard that provides all information and actions needed to process a loan application

Purpose
The existing loan processing system lacked cohesion and efficiency, leading to delays and errors in decision-making. The challenge was to create a comprehensive dashboard that not only presented raw data effectively but also guided users through the decision-making process with clarity and ease.
Key Contributions
I worked closely with data analysts to identify key metrics and data points necessary for loan decisioning. We collaboratively created a data model that categorized information into essential, supporting, and contextual data. I developed a library of reusable Figma components to maintain consistency across the dashboard that facilitated efficient design iterations and updates. Organized the dashboard layout to prioritize crucial information, ensuring a logical flow of data presentation.
